Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or course and the stage of delivery.

Service Orders

A refund may be considered before technical work begins. Once analysis, cleanup, audit, consultation, or delivery work has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

Course Enrollment

Course refund requests may be reviewed if the learner has not accessed a significant portion of the course content. Certificate-issued courses are not eligible for refund.

Manual Review

All refund requests are reviewed by the admin team. Approved refunds may take additional processing time depending on the payment method.
